Our Expertise
Marie-Claire Palmer is an Architect who graduated from University of Strathclyde with a Bsc in Architecture following a year studying at the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya in Barcelona and went on to graduate from the Glasgow School of Art with a PgDip in Architecture. She has worked predominantly in housing, with experience of new build homes and home extensions for private clients, large scale private housing, social housing, design for dementia and wheelchair accessible housing, along with experience in distillery design and design of community buildings.
Marie-Claire is passionate about sustainable architecture, having worked on Passivhaus designs, net-zero homes and pilot projects where varying levels of low carbon technologies for heating, combined with varying adjustments to a building's fabric were used. This knowledge and expertise informs the advise given to clients on all scale of projects to get the best results for the homeowner.
